Activator of Change in Workplace Culture & Healthcare
WHAT PROBLEM IS BEING SOLVED?
Inspired by Desmond Tutu, the South African anti-apartheid activist and Nobel Prize winner, who wisely said, "There comes a point where we need to stop just pulling people out of the river. We need to go upstream and find out why they're falling in,"
I’ve dedicated my life to going upstream—uncovering the systemic forces that push individuals into the rivers of disparity—and collaborating with others to create sustainable solutions. These initiatives prevent harm and drive lasting change in workplace culture and healthcare by embracing diversity, advancing equity, and fostering inclusion.
My approach blends Kenyan cultural practices with Western methods to challenge the status quo and reshape narratives and systems.
With two decades of cross-cultural lived experience and extensive leadership across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, I drive workplace cultural change and improve healthcare service delivery. My qualifications in psychology and counselling offer deep insights into human behaviour, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal dynamics—crucial for navigating and transforming the complexities of these systems.
Guided by Harambee—the Kenyan practice of collective strength—I partner with like-minded individuals to revolutionise workplace culture and healthcare by celebrating diversity, advancing equity, and fostering inclusion.

Acknowledgement To Country
I pay my respect to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people of Australia. Representing the oldest living culture in the world, First Nations people have been the traditional custodians of this land for more than 65,000 years. Australia is the only Commonwealth country that does not have a signed treaty (a formal agreement with the government and Indigenous people).
